3BL's Custom Logo Wear strives to process and ship all orders within 14 days. If for some reason your order cannot be filled within that time frame, we will notify you.

Items that are not customized with an individual name can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Once an item is customized with an individual name, it cannot be returned. We will gladly discuss options for these situations on a case-by-case basis and encourage you to contact us should the situation occur.
